Kellogg’s is making another entry into the Keto foods market with the launch of its new Special K keto-friendly snack bars.
The bars are available in two flavors: Chocolate Almond Fudge and Peanut Butter Fudge. Each bar is 160 calories, with 12g fat, 7g protein, and 2 net carbs.
Kellogg’s Special K Keto-Friendly Snack Bars are made with peanut butter or almond butter, peanut flour or almond flour, cocoa butter, oat fiber, soy protein, chicory root fiber, whey protein, and stevia.
If you follow a strict, clean approach to keto you may want to pass on these. The ingredients aren’t the cleanest. If you don’t mind that and want a convenient keto snack that fits in your macros these could be a good option.

The new bars are Kellogg Co.’s second new keto product launch in 2021, joining Kashi GO Keto-Friendly Cereal which launched earlier in January.
