The Ketogenic Diet can be challenging. There’s a lot of information out there, and it can be a struggle to get started. I’ll help you create a customized plan to begin the Keto Diet. You’ll also get resources like what food to eat, what to avoid, and how to avoid some of the pitfalls.
We will meet for an initial assessment. This will take 30-60 min (via zoom). You will have some forms to fill out that will help identify goals and potential barriers.
I will help set you up for success and we will break it into phases so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
We will start with the planning phase- this will include a virtual fridge/pantry item clean-out. Then we will move to the implementation phase, finally at the end of our 3 months we will evaluate how things are working for you and adjust goals or set new ones as you transition into the next part of the program.
This is a hybrid program that is a bit more intensive in the first 3 months and then we transition into the monthly program for 3 months.
During the first 3 months, we will have weekly calls and access to the messaging app. During the last 3 months, our calls will be bi-weekly but you will still have access to messaging.
Doing the Work
You will have weekly “homework” assignments. This won’t be overwhelming and will be tailored to your needs. Be completely honest with yourself when answering. There is no judgment, but we have to address the root cause for change to happen.
