You already made the first step towards change. Pat yourself on the back. We will meet for an initial assessment. This will take 30-60 min (via zoom). You will have some forms to fill out that will help identify goals and potential barriers.
We will meet weekly for 30 minutes (via Zoom). We will work on setting short/long term goals, Identify barriers. We will discuss success/struggles you encountered as well as strategies to help you be successful. You can set a time via our online scheduling tool.
You will have access to messaging throughout the week and can expect a response within 24 hours when you have questions or need extra support.
Doing the Work
You will have weekly “homework” assignments. This won’t be overwhelming and will be tailored to your needs. Be completely honest with yourself when answering. There is no judgment, but we have to address the root cause for change to happen.
