"Griddle Thingy" Keto Breakfast Griddle

  • Dash Mini Griddle Maker


  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 oz Mozzarella or queso cheese
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Less or more to taste
  • 3 drops Sweetlife Flavor Co Vanilla Or vanilla extract
  • 1 Fully cooked sausage patty


  • Warm sausage patty in the microwave
  • Mix egg, cheese, cinnamon, almond flour and vanilla until well mixed
  • Place 3/4 of the batter on the griddle maker and spread evenly
  • Carefully set the sausage patty in the center
  • Cover sausage with the rest of the batter and close lid
  • Cook until the Dash stops steaming
  • Sprinkle with some cinnamon and ChocZero Keto Maple Syrup
